number #1 RISE BEFORE THE SUN, waking up early for some people is almost impossible but when we manage to train our body and mind for this new routine the results are remarkable and this generates more motivation to continue.

At 30 I decided to do something different with my life, at that time my twin children were 2 years old, I had a very traditional life, took care of the children, the husband, and the house, and was also a Church worship leader.

It was like that for many years until one day everything changed, my being was thirsty for something more, I wanted to have physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial health, life was good but something inside me was incomplete so I started to research what successful people did daily.

The first thing I discovered in common among all the people who were living a lifestyle that I was longing for myself was their morning habits. Waking up too early for these people was no pain at all. On the contrary, they had a lot of pleasure and pride in what they did because they were aware of the results and it was that what motivated me to start my own journey on changing my daily morning routine.
